The Sumner County TN Real Estate Market is still feeling the effects of low interest rates, high buyer demand and low inventory. The Average Home Sales Price is $384,223 up 12.2% or roughly $41,637 over March 2020.  The Total Homes For Sale was 493 down 63.7% from 2020. The Price per SqFt was up to $168 a 15.1% increase over March 2020.  The Nashville Housing market is picked #3 overall by Zillow according to National Mortgage News for growth in 2021.
