The Robertson County TN Real Estate Market is still feeling the effects of low interest rates, high buyer demand and low inventory. The Average Home Sales Price is $350,794 up 38.1% or roughly $96,757 over March 2020.  The Total Homes For Sale was 197 down 53.8% from 2020. The Pricer per SqFt was up to $165 a 17% increase over 2020. Millennials are driving the market making up about 30% of the demand. The Nashville Housing market is picked #3 overall by Zillow according to National Mortgage News for growth in 2021. This will spill over into the Robertson County TN Real Estate Market as well.
