Robertson County TN Real Estate Market-August 2020

robertson county tn real estate market

Low inventory due to Covid-19 has benefited sellers in the Robertson County Real Estate Market with the Average Home Sales price up 8.5 % over 2019 and back to 2018 levels. Inventory levels are down 37% from 2019 and are currently lower than 2018’s 3 Month Supply. Pending Home Sales are up 95% over the past 2 years. There doesn’t seem to be an end in sight due to the uncertainty of the Current Pandemic and High Buyer Demand. It’s definitely a great time to sell a home in Robertson County and the Greater Nashville Area.
