The Nashville TN Real Estate Market is a Hot even with the 34% Property Tax Increase passed in 2020. The Average Home Sales Price is up 12.4% or roughly $55,000 over 2020 with Inventory Supply levels down 27.3 % from the same period. The Price Per Square Foot was also up to $247. This is a 6.9% increase over January 2020.

The City of Nashville is ranked the #4 Real Estate Market in the US by Wallethub. Inventory levels are projected to stay low in 2021.
